24-HOUR REPAIR SERVICE

Although the manufacturers strive to perfection, it can happen that your lighter needs service. A lighter is not only a jewel, but also an article of use. In the lightly event a defect accurse, you can send it inn for service.

Our service department will service your lighter as quickly as possible. This means that we repair and return your lighter on the same day as receive. Our servicecenter is reknown to be the quickest Lighter Service Center of Europe.

If you have an original and valid guarantee certificate, we will service your lighter free of charge. In the event your lighter is repairable and you did not included a valid guaranteecard we will charge for the repair. Postal costs are never included and are chargeable for all services. We only service lighters of the brands we provide.

We are not authorised to provide warantee services, outside our territory "The Benelux". If you are resident outside our territory and your Ronson lighter need service, we advise you to contact Ronson International - England to locate your nearest Ronson servicecenter.

WARNING:
For health and safety reasons it is not recommended an untrained person dismantle a lighter.

Terms of Guarantee:
The guarantee grants you for free service of your lighter, in the event a defect accurse. The costs of labour and parts needed to repair your lighter will be free of charge under the time of guarantee. The guarantee is valid until a maximum of 1 year after the date of purchase. We only accept complete and original guarantee fabric certificates.

The guarantee does not cover:
  • damage cause by accident, misuse or unfair wear and tear, damage on the outside of the lighter.
  • postal costs for returning the lighter.
Repairs to any Ronson lighter without a valid guarantee are chargeable.

Historic Ronson lighters:
Repairs of historic lighters, manufactured before 1995 will always been charged. We have a large stock of various historical Ronson lighters from the 30's - 70's. The revision costs of your lighter can reach the maximum of EUR 45,00. Of course, we will do our best to keep the costs as low as possible.
Unfortunately, the lighters with an electronic battery ignition system can not been repaired anymore.

General costs of repair:
  • Repair without valid guarantee EUR 8,50
  • Repair of historic Ronson Lighter Max. EUR 35,00 (Gaslighter before 1971 + EUR 10,00)
  • Postal costs within Holland price included; registered mail EUR 5,00.
  • Postal costs Europe (Priority) EUR 2,00; regisered mail EUR 6,50
  • Postal costs Worldwide (registered) EUR 8,00
For international service, we request cash money with the repair to settle the invoice. We advise to add a EUR 50,00 note with the repair, this will always cover the costs and we return the lighter with the change back to you.
